Shipping Policy

Estimated order processing times The number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment at the warehouse is located on each product page. All items that are in-stock ship within 3-5 business days. It is important to note that these are estimated order processing times and are subject to availability of products and/or manufacturer's availability.

If a product you have ordered is out of stock or on back-order, we will contact you with a shipment date and you can decide to either keep the order as is, cancel the item or cancel the entire order.

NOTE: We will ship via UPS and FEDEX only. If your product is shipped, we cannot change the destination address.

Standard Delivery - Unless an expedited service is requested; depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse, your item will arrive between 2 and 7 business days after it leaves the warehouse, if ordered by noon Central time. The average delivery times posted on our website are for orders shipping within the contiguous United States.

  • In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email.
  • Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box or at the same time.
  • Due to the custom nature of many of our items order processing times will vary.
  • When your order ships, we will notify you via email.
  • Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment.
  • We encourage you to track your package online.
  • Please note we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes (PO Boxes) or Military APOs.
  • We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person.
  • Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests such as gift packaging.
  • Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays.

Free Shipping - Items marked FREE SHIPPING! on the product page will ship for free! In order to keep your costs down and our pricing simple, we either provide free shipping or, in certain cases, charge shipping per item. This charge, if any, is indicated in your shopping cart and covers ground shipping within the continental United States.

Exclusions: Certain products we offer do carry associated shipping charges either per item or per order amount. The total item shipping charges, if any, will be detailed in the shopping cart page prior to checkout.

International Deliveries - At this time we do not ship international.

Additional Address - Items ordered together may be delivered separately. Some orders may require more than one package to ship. In compliance with U.S. Department of Transportation rules, restricted items such as fragrances must be delivered via standard shipping and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, all U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Therefore we offer an easy 7 day return. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will refund your order total, minus our cost for shipping and handling each way.

Please read the following about our terms and conditions of return:
  • All shipping and handling charges will be deducted from your refund.
  • Returned merchandise must be unused, undamaged with all documentation, labels, tags attached, in its original vendor packaging, in the same condition as when it was received.
  • Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
  • An order cannot be cancelled once shipped. If your order has shipped, our regular return policy applies.
  • Assembled, modified or installed merchandise cannot be returned.
  • Gift certificates are non-refundable.
  • Items marked as un-returnable cannot be returned.
  • All Clearance items are FINAL SALE
  • We do not refund any money or accept any return of merchandise that are marked FINAL SALE.
  • Any and all custom ordered merchandise are not returnable.
  • NOTE: There will be a re-stocking charge of 15% with returned merchandise.
  • All re-stocking fees, will be deducted from your refund.
  • Merchandise returned more than 7 days, without our authorization, will be shipped back to you at your expense.
  • No returns are accepted without an authorization.
  • Delivery and processing charges are subject to change without prior notice.
